Blue Ice Events can provide all or some of the ingredients for your event dependent on your requirements.  We work closely with all our clients in order to provide the right balance of event management to ensure a smooth running and successful event. 

Photography

At some events there may be a professional photographer whilst at others you may have the opportunity to take your own pictures and then send them to us.

After each event you will then have the opportunity to view these, through your own personal area on our website, where if you dare you can re-live the experience with your friends and colleagues.

Entertainment

Choosing the appropriate entertainment for your evening is critical to the ambiance of any event. From a jazz quartet to complementary drinks by the river, or watching magicians and fire-eaters entertain and fascinate guests, we can provide a range of stylish entertainment to ensure your guests are talking about the event long after it has finished.

Catering

Catering plays a key part in any event with the ability to create that “wow” factor. We ensure we work with only the best suppliers who are at the forefront of their industry in terms of creativity and quality in order to provide you with stylish and mouth watering options. Whether you are looking for a cocktail reception with canapés or a sit down four course dinner we ensure we will match your catering requirements.

Venue Finding

Choosing a venue is an integral part to organising any event.  Whether you are looking to hold your event in a marquee, stately home, nightclub or a theme park we have access to a wide range of different venues to suit your requirements.  This year we are excited to be working closely with two very different venues – Vanilla Bar, Windsor and Winterbourne, Newbury. Both venues have great potential for a variety of events.
